Da recepção à produção de mídia: as crianças, a cultura midiática e a educação

This work shows results from an intervention research conducted with preschool children and aims to discuss their relationship with the media. Passing through the condition of being audience and producer, children, teachers and researchers constructed a critical view about the media and its technical processes that allow changing stories into audiovisual narratives. This article concerns to the production of two animations and the reflections on their making-of process, highlighting the ways the children construct ethical and aesthetical values as well as cognitive and play references in their relationship with the media. The focus on the political dimension of the technical procedures and on the principal role of the educational context is highlighted by the interventional aspect of the research. Key-words
