Resumo
Esse artigo busca refletir sobre as questões que cercam a leitura na contemporaneidade. Trago para essa reflexão o debate, em especial, com o pensamento de Pierre Levy, dialogando com outros autores que nos auxiliam a refletir sobre as dimensões da leitura na contemporaneidade nas suas relações entre impresso e virtual, linearidade e hipertextualidade, autor e leitor dentre os muitos desafios que a leitura na internet trouxe para o ser leitor nos dias de hoje.

Abstract
The contemporary reading: linearities and hypertextualities in the relation with the subjects with the text
This article aims to reflect about the questions that surround the reading in the contemporary. I bring to this reflection the debate, in special, with the thought of Pierre Levy dialoguing from what he says to other authors that helps us reflect about the reading dimensions in the contemporary in its relations between printed and virtual, linearity and hypertextuality, author and reader among many other challenges that the online reading brought to the reader to be in the present days.
